I remember, though Popotan was released by dragos' group, and we all know how good Drago is at t/l. Also, I have to admit, you guys know what you are doing and have done good projects. It just saddens me to have some small organization I respected be involved in something such as this. I really love my culture, though there are certain things(shounen-ai, yaoi) that I dislike about it. I think everyone has certain things about their culture which they dislike.

I too would have rather seen Suck sub something else, but then again I guess there could be people who'd hate Emma as well. Suck should do what Suck wants to do, and if they want to share their work with us that's even better. Go for it, Suck! (No awfully bad pun intended, by the way.) I'm a reader of the Loveless Manga and I have to say thank you for subbing the Anime. It may be shounen-ai, which may turn some people away, but there are many elements to Loveless that makes it different from everything else. Once again- thank you for subbing it and I hope you keep doing so!

Does anyone know of an IRC channel/serve that serves Loveless?
I'm behind a university firewall, so BT is beyond out of the question. Any hints as to where to go to get this through IRC would be greatly appreciated.

Exactly how is it that your university firewall prevents you from using BitTorrent? If you can't receive incoming connections, that shouldn't be a problem because you can still download over outgoing connections. If your uniersity blocks connections to ports 6881-6889 (incoming and outgoing), it shouldn't be a problem as long as someone on the torrent has their port set to something else (which is usually a good policy anyways, in case your ISP gets uppity). If you have a problem with daily transfer limits, you could download part of it one day, then pause the torrent and resume the next day--then again, the amount you will upload by the time you're finished downloading shouldn't be that much, so this shouldn't even be an issue. If your university examines all outgoing connections to determine if they contain the BitTorrent handshaking protocol, then you're in a bit more trouble, but I think finding a friend with DSL and a USB key is a solution. It doesn't matter if he likes Loveless or not, since he doesn't need to watch it once he's downloaded it--he just needs to give it to you.

You know you could suck even *more* if you choose a pink and greenish blinking font for the subtitles. You get far with the current one, but there's so much more you could do.
There are hundreds of different anime genres being subbed. Subbing one shounen-ai anime isn't going to hurt you. I don't see why there are people complaining. Just don't download it and wait for We Suck to do an anime you like.
Thanks for subbing Loveless. I'm impressed with your translations, and I'm glad to know you have put in the details in explaining some of the terms Soubi had mentioned in the anime.
Although, I think it would've been better if you'd selected another font which is easier to read and in white rather than yellow. Also adjust the placement a bit lower so we can see more of the screen.

Eagerly awaiting episode 2 of Loveless!! This anime rocks and you have beautifully subbed it! Looking forward to seeing how the second episode compairs to the manga. I am a reader of the manga and it's one of the best series I've come across. ^_^= please don't be put of because of the yaoi themes...it gets even better X3 (plus I assure you nothing serious happens because by book 4 he still has his ears)
Hey, you guys said you didn't want to translate the OP song until you had the official lyrics, right? I know the OP/ED single won't come out for quite a while, but Animedia just published the lyrics in their Spring Anime Song Collection booklet that came with the May issue, and I've uploaded the scan here if you want to use them.
Anyway though, you guys are doing an awesome job so far, and I hope you keep up the great work! :)

Just wanted to thank you for picking up Loveless. This is the first time I've seen anything you fansubbed. Watched the raws first. Several times. Then, found out about your release, downloaded and was totally amazed at the accuracy of your translation. Great job! I found loveless raws while searching for shounen ai but I was pleasantly suprized to see that this story is actually... a story... It has a plot! But not only does it have a real and interesting plot... It is also endowed with beautifull animation! And character voices that really fit! I'm as enamored in this story line as I am with that of Bleach and Naruto. Honestly, I think the animation might even be better than those.
I'm unbelievably happy that the quality of your subbing matches the quality of the actual anime. Wich only makes it that much more interesting and apealing to watch.

Great work. Loveless has got to be one of the best anime's i've ever seen. THe characters are sooo cute and the plot is great and intriguing.So many question about Seimei and the Seven Moon....I'm so glad to chose to sub this.And thancks alot for letting everyone know about the Loveless cd, i love the opening and endings song. I'm soo gonna get this.
