To get things going nicely today, I think I'll go release Uninhabited Planet SURVIVE 49, as well as officially announce the release of the Box Set 2 scripts. As usual, the torrents are on scarywater, the new script packs on the repository on lavalyn.org.

Torgen, lavalyn, (and other team members if any) you rock so verily.
Thank you for another no doubt nicely done episode of this wonderful series.
And by your first sentence you are hinting... no, I'm not saying, I don't want to scare away the good fortune that may be indicated ;)
I hope you will continue to find the time and inclination to continue fansubbing for the benefit of us all.

Give your spelling suggestions to Chako (or the NHK). Milkanovitch was not a valid interpretation of the syllables she uttered.

I think Torgen's right, given what Google told me when I ran across this. I wanted to know what it is, and it's certainly an intriquing hypothesis that Chako came up with to explain things happening on the planet. Though Google suggested "Milankovitch" as a suggested alternative spelling. Since it's Russian and transliteration is something of an art form (and different with each person), I'm not all that worried about that little difference.

In any event, given what I saw and heard, I think Torgen took the correct route. I leave whether to put that extra "t" to everyone's own discretion. ;)
