I will be sad when you stop subbing Saiunkoku. I really enjoy your work. I would be very pleased if the official announcement comes the day after you release #39 (but realize that those usually happen the day before... grumpfh)

We addressed this when Loveless was licensed, but I wouldn't be surprised if many of you weren't following the group back then. If season 1 gets licensed, we treat subsequent seasons as licensed. Not doing so would be a pretty poor show of faith towards the licensor and the licensee.

Living in the uk, means I will probably wait around 5 years for its release here, or it simply wont come out.
Good work nontheless, and thank you for your hard work to supplying something that is scarce in UK shops.
If Geneon does get Saiunkoku, and they outsource R1 production to China then under No Circumstances will I support them.
I love the show and would rather not have it at all than to pay Geneon, so they can make more money by making it really cheap in China rather than having to pay American VA's.
(They have already done this with Zipang, and Karin)

I know that Japanese animation companies outsource animation work to Korea and China. (In fact, for Saiunkoku, Madhouse, the animation studio, outsourced animation work to Korea.) But I would be interested to know about Geneon outsourcing R1 production work to China - if you don't mind, could you elaborate?
